Fun with Friends

We have been pretty busy lately, so there are a lot of pictures to share.

Last week, Patrick and Jack's second cousin, Quint, came over to play.  He and Patrick are about a month apart.
Jack decided to have some floor time with the babies.

We went to the zoo last Thursday with my friend Jennifer and her daughters Zoey and Delaney.  It was very crowded.  By the time we got there at 10:30 (an hour and a half after the zoo opens), both parking lots were full!  Each year we go to the zoo, we get a picture of the kids at the Children's Zoo.  Here is the picture from our visit in September 2008.
Here is a picture from our visit in May 2009.
And here is our visit in May 2010.

Of course we rode the train, too!

Delaney is pointing something (an animal, perhaps?) out to Jack.
After the zoo, we went to the Boat House for lunch.
Last Friday, we went to Margo's house to play.  Here is a picture of Jack as we were getting ready to go.
The weather was great and Jack and Margo had fun playing outside.
They love to chase each other.

"When can we go swimming?"
Jack was getting ready to go down the slide...
...and Margo was standing at the bottom, ready to catch him.  Too cute!
Then Jack took a turn catching Margo.
"Cheese!"
Nancy held Patrick and made him smile.

Last Saturday night, we went to my parents' house for dinner to celebrate Mother's Day.  Here are a couple pictures of the boys before we left.
Daddy was cracking them up.

Nana and Patrick:
On Sunday morning (Mother's Day), Jim got up with the boys and let me sleep in!  It was great!  After breakfast, I got this picture with my two sons before getting ready for church.  I am a very lucky mom to have 2 healthy, happy boys!
After church, we went to a Mother's Day brunch.  Patrick was smiling and laughing at Grandma.

Jim celebrating with his mother:

Here is a picture of Jim with his Goddaughter, Mimi.  She is graduating from eighth grade in a couple weeks!
Jack had fun playing with his cousins, and their cousins.

I think he enjoyed following Nolan around.
Katie and I posed for a picture.
Bridget pushed Jack in the Jeep.
It takes two to push it up the hill.
If Patrick were happier, this would be a great family photo.
Jack's buddy, Nick, came over on Tuesday.  As I was making their lunches, they climbed on a stool and started eating the grapes.
"Uh-oh!  I think she caught us!"

"See our grapes!"
Jack wouldn't get dressed the other morning.  I told him if he didn't put on his underwear by the time I counted to three, I was going to put it on Patrick.  Usually this type of bribery works.  Not so this time.  So, here is Patrick wearing a pair of Jack's underwear.  Funny!
