In June my grandfather, Papa, would have been 100 years old. To celebrate, my uncle Steve had a Centennial Party!
Here is my mom with her 9 living siblings. Papa loved to wear Hawaiian shirts, so many of us wore them for the party.
My uncle Dave made bottle openers out of the wood from the table their family had growing up. Charlie and Uncle Matt were having what looks like a scintillating conversation.
Me and my BFF.
Maggie loves rocking horses. She says, "Rock, rock. Neigh, neigh."
Of course washers were played.
Maggie took part in a game of toss.
At the end of the evening, my Aunt Sue gave a lovely tribute to her Dad and then we watched a bunch of old slides. It was a great party!
