Charlie lost his first tooth today while he was at school. It had been loose for weeks. The dentist actually told me it was a little loose in August. He was wiggling it in school and it came out.
Tonight as I was putting him to bed, I was remarking on what a big kid he was becoming. Last night he went to bed with all his baby teeth and now he is missing one. He is in kindergarten and is learning to read. I told him he needed to stop growing up. His response: "But then I won't get to be a Dad."
I absolutely love this kid and am so glad he has such a great Dad as a role model and that he wants to be a Dad when he grows up, too!
