At the beginning of April, I took Jack to Notre Dame for the admitted student weekend. I was thrilled I got to be there with him, and we were all bummed Jim couldn't join us. It was a long weekend (Thursday through Saturday) chock full of activities, which made it a little overwhelming. We had a great time, though.
I found all the Grub Hub robots on campus comical.
It was great to see Reagan before we headed home.
We got back Saturday afternoon and Jim and I got dressed up for CASHBAH.
Jim and I took Patrick and Charlie to a City 2 game. It was a work event for Jim and we got to sit in a box with food and drink.
It was chilly, but a neat experience.
Maggie joined me at a SLUH volleyball game. We got to hold Coach Julie's baby.
He's pretty adorable.
Patrick invited Lucy to his freshman dance.
They had dinner at Blueberry Hill before the dance.
Jim and Vinnie drove them to the dance wearing fun sweatshirts.
Jim, Charlie, and I joined Maggie and the Girl Scouts at the Cardinals game.Cuties
The 7th grade does the Living Stations each year. I was glad I was able to see it. Charlie played Jesus in several stations.
His class did a great job!
Maggie and I dropped Charlie at a Scout event and then ate lunch in the lovely courtyard at McGurk's.
We celebrated my parents' 50th wedding anniversary.
Patrick came in town for a quick visit to celebrate with us.
