In early September, we went to Columbus, OH for the weekend for the ND-OSU football game. We did not go to the game, but we tailgated and explored the campus. It was a little rainy, but that did not stop us from having fun.
Maggie was able to convince Cormac to give her a ride.
We played some football on campus.
We went to the skull session, where the marching band played and got the crowd pumped up for the game.
We went back to the house we rented to watch the game and eat dinner on the awesome patio.
On Sunday morning, we went to mass downtown. They have a Patrick Hall, so I had to get a picture of our Patrick near the sign.
Charlie turned eleven!!!

Grandparents' Day at the grade school.
Grandparents' Day at SLUH. Grandma was busy! My parents were out of town and couldn't join them.

The high school girls did face painting.Then, the young girls decided to try some face painting of their own.

Everyone played a little cornhole.
Baseball was played in another front yard.
Charlie missed some of the party for a soccer game.
There was a cornhole tournament.
I went to the stewardship mass where Patrick and friends carried in the banner for their class.
Maggie got lightheaded during mass and had to leave. I took her home with me and then we met some of my girlfriends for lunch. It was a fun day of hooky for Mags!We celebrated Becky's birthday at volleyball.
At the end of September, Kitty and Keith came in for a visit. We had some high school friends over for dinner. Keith made Aperol Sprits for all.
